I lived at the Oaks on Roblin for three years and loved every minute of it. Tim, and his wife Patricia, were great landlords, being very flexible and helpful with any issues that arose and being so pet friendly. They were, hands down, one of the best landlords I’ve had.

The townhome is beautifully built with stunning features such as high ceilings, an attached heated garage, brand new appliances, fantastic skylights which allow you to enjoy the natural sunlight, and energy saving attributes. The location is also perfect -it’s less than 15 minutes from the stores, restaurants and outlets on Kenaston, the Polo Park Mall area, the Grant Park Shopping Centre while simultaneously being minutes from the Perimeter and the nearby walking trails, all while enjoying the quiet lifestyle Charleswood has to offer. As a military member, it was also only a 5 mile drive to the base, which was extraordinarily helpful with my schedule.

Alysha and I have been at The Oaks on Roblin since November of 2019. It has been a perfect space for us--a spacious and comfortable area that soon became home. Sadly, Alysha and I have both decided to move to Vancouver and Toronto for new work opportunities, otherwise we would be continuing at The Oaks on Roblin. Tim and Patty were very helpful whenever we had any issues or needed assistance. We will greatly miss this small and welcoming community.

Jacquie and I have been staying at our unit 1-5717 Roblin Blvd for a year ... it has been  a piece of paradise for us .. the accommodations were as nice as any 5 star resort we’ve ever stayed at.. the amenities are top notch and are to numerous to point out .. simply, we have LOVED OUR STAY at The Oaks  on Roblin .. the owner of the facility, Tim, is an extremely likable and approachable owner and is always willing to help out with any issues ... you can only wish that all landlords are as easy to work with as Tim.  All in all my wife and I would highly recommend a stay at the Oaks ... thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... thanks Tim and all involved with the Oaks on Roblin... 😀👍🏻.
